Transplant Alliance serves as a Fundraising Steward for transplant patients and their families by providing grants and fundraising assistance while raising awareness about organ donation. Transplant Alliance Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization.
Our Foundation was founded in 2007 by Mary Jo Lovely, a donor family member and a two-time transplant recipient, in hopes of giving back to a community that she came to love. Mary had the innate ability to connect with others and care for them on a deeper level than most. It was through her connections within the community that she learned of the financial needs many had. It was always her hope to provide funding to everyone who needed financial assistance while either waiting for or healing from their own transplant.
