Mary Lovely Obituary

Mary Jo (Forcinio) Boyes Lovely, 60, of Gilbertsville, wife of Kenneth G. Lovely, passed away Thursday February 11, 2021 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Born in Norristown, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Rose (Quigley) Forcinio.

Mary was an organ donation champion. She was a donor family and had two separate lung transplants. She was the founder and president of the board for Transplant Alliance Foundation, a local charity that helps people pay for transplant related expenses.

For the past 15 years while fighting to breathe herself, she tirelessly promoted organ donation and helped others with their own transplant related issues. Surviving along with her husband are two daughters Danielle Bailey of Bechtelsville and Ashley McMahon of Mt. Laurel; one son John Boyes of Boyertown; seven grandchildren Kenneth III, Jaden, Adrian, Madeline, Eliette, Rosie, and Lilah; one sister Rose DeVitis wife of Dennis; and her two loving Yorkies Chloe and Buster. Along with her parents, Mary Jo was predeceased by her sister Carrie Diguglimo and her two brothers Bernard and Charles Forcinio.

Visitation will be held Wednesday February 17, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 1020 E. Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, PA 19525. Followed by a gathering at Transplant Alliance / State Street Bingo, 799 State Street Pottstown, PA 19464. Interment will be private.
